Amur Closes Its Largest Ever Securitization!

Amur is pleased to announce the completion of its 14th securitization and the largest in our history. This transaction marks our second securitization this year, and pushes the total amount of secured notes in Amur's history to over $4 billion. The transaction saw a strong demand across all classes and was several times oversubscribed by investors.

This securitization comes during a period of record origination volume for Amur, with over $500 million originated during the first six months of 2024, thanks to our partnership with you.
