Bring your strong credit customers purchasing specialty vehicles for construction (bucket trucks, dump trucks, crane trucks, tow trucks, trailers and more) to experience dedicated processing, faster approvals and smooth transactions. Best Practices for a Fast Credit Decision

One of the top questions we hear from vendors is how to set their customers up for a smooth application process and speedy decision.  We understand that closing deals quickly is key to making your sales process smooth and ensuring that your customers keep coming back to purchase more.

To help us deliver on decisions, the more information provided up front, the better. Please advise your customers to include a signed application with their company name, EIN, proof of time in business, and personal guarantor information. Also, please share the invoice with the equipment location, specs and overview on how the equipment is to be used in the customer's business operations. Customers can also share their desired target max financing amount, down payment (if any) and term.

When your customer identifies you as their vendor, we'll route their deal to your dedicated Amur Account Manager who is well versed in your business, industry, and product area.

For deals over $250,000 and in certain industries, we might need a bit more information, but that’s just part of making sure everything’s set for success. So, let's team up and keep those deals flowing smoothly.
