Very happy overall with my experience so far. From approval to funding took less than a week.
Needed assistance getting the title so I could put our new truck to work. Chantea Steele went above and beyond to see that all the appropriate paperwork was sent to the correct place. She even contacted my DMV/IRP office to help expedite my plates issuance and get my truck ready to work!!! She also gave me direct contact information so I didn’t have to explain the situation over and over and wait for the person that answered to read the notes. She responded very quickly even if to say nothing new yet. That in itself is a huge win!!!
